How Funds are Used

We provide the library with additional funding to support programs and materials for adults, children, teens, and tweens. We fund many museum passes and help to purchase library furniture and many "extra" resources as needed.

The Friends raise funds through membership dues, personal donations, business sponsorships, Adopt-a-Book, Bookshop.org purchases, our book donation bins, and our Used Book Sale.

The Friends enrich the life of the town by bringing together neighbors of all ages from across the town of Sharon. We support programming for children and adults. Being on the Board, volunteering, and attending events are wonderful ways to meet new friends and get to know the people who share your town and library. Like us on Facebook!
